Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski (born July 16, 1997) is an American professional Counter-Strike: Global Offensive player of Polish descent who plays for Team Liquid. He is considered to be one of the best North American players, having been placed on HLTV's top ten since 2019. EliGE's competitive background lies in StarCraft II.
Professional career
Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski began his Counter-Strike: Global Offensive career at the end of 2014, starting out with SapphireKelownaDotCom. However, EliGE was unable to secure a significant tournament win during his time there. SKDC failed to qualify for MLG X Games Aspen Invitational. In early 2015, EliGE joined the eLevate team. His first significant career milestone came at Clutch Con 2015, where eLevate finished 3rd-4th place after losing to Cloud9 in the semifinals. This was followed up by an outstanding performance at the iBUYPOWER Invitational Spring 2015, after which EliGE joined the roster of Team Liquid. His first tournament as a Team Liquid member was at the Alienware Area 51 Cup #1 where the team took second place, losing to his former team, eLevate. In April and May 2015, EliGE took first place at the RGN Intercontinental Open 2 North America and the ESWC 2015 - MSI USA Qualifier, respectively. Later in 2015, Team Liquid found success in the CS:GO Championship Series: Season 1 - Group Stage and the iBUYPOWER Invitational 2015 - Fall, while also qualifying for DreamHack Open Cluj-Napoca 2015.
